Catch up testing & technical sparring seminar on Tuesday the 23rd April 1830-2030

Tues the 23rd, we will be running a sparring seminar dealing with distancing for a layered defence in both points sparring and continuous.

Relevant to all adults and teens in the family and teen korean-kickboxing classes, plus select members of the 7-9s group by invitation.

WHO CAN ATTEND ?

1. Adult and family class students
2. Teen korean-kickboxing students
3. Select 7-9s Karate Kids by invitation

Sparring seminar is free.

BELT TESTING

We will use the seminar to take a long look at those who were due to test earlier in the month but could not make it. Those belt testing will need to fill in a form and pay a fee on the day.

CAN I JUST DO MY REGULAR CLASS?

Yes, yes you can, the seminar runs across what would ordinarily be two classes, you are ok to keep your regular time so either go early or turn up half way through.
