  5. Or single stripe black kickboxing traditional uniform including top.

You're part of something. Be part of it. Choosing not to wear your belt or allowing your wee guys to not wear uniform hampers both their training and that of those around them. those days when everyones got their kit right, turned up on time, been to the loo etc. keep an eye out for them; ask yourself, whats different on those days ? So lets get it right.

Be on time for class

What does this mean ? Well, we mean, you should be here, in uniform, having been to the toilet and ready to learn 5 mins before the start of class. A very similar conversation is had with young people who for example, are starting work at say 9am, which should be a familiar conversation. Charging in and plonking yourself at your desk as the second had hits 12 is frowned on.

Classes are structured. In addition to "the world can wait for you no1"  (a terrible message to send to your child) being late is disruptive to the class. Over a month this can take as much as half a class of training time from the whole group.

A secondary goal is to help them learn to change themselves into their uniform at the academy before class. Another discipline in itself and more than worth encouraging.

Students who do these two things will learnt to prepare themselves mentally and physically before class, AND this focus is an integral part of the activity.

Help us...

Good time keeping and a pride in your uniform are two of the simplest disciplines which help unlock your potential. Together we can help this class of ninjas find the best in themselves. So help us, help you.
