When you join and numerours times after, you will be asked not to use outside shoes on the mats and to get hold of some gym pumps to train in and use only for the academy. They protect your feet, assist in some of the stretches and keep our mats clean.

We will be running classes via zoom Tuesday and thursday this week. Depending on uptake we will develop this further.

Split into childrens program ( 6-12ish) and adults. If you train in the adult and family classes, then you need to join the adult groups.

  • Adult Kickboxing  Phils floating legs workout 1900-1930 . Iosometrics, conditioning and ballistic stretching.
  • Adult Kickboxing Kicking and reaction drills 1935-2005 (ish)

Thursday

  • Childrens kickboxing (6-12ish) 1800-1845
  • Adult Kickboxing 1900-1930 hand and foot conditioning 
  • Reaction drills and combination work 1935-2005 (ish)
